If you have a valid reason, ERGT will reschedule at no additional cost. Valid reasons include:
Medical reasons (doctor’s certificate required)
Family emergency
National or State emergency/disaster
If no valid reason is provided, the cancellation policy applies.
No, they are not. ERGT does not offer any Government funded training.
Certificates are emailed once all course requirements are met and all fees are paid.
Yes, please contact ERGT to request a new date.
Trainees must follow safety rules and trainer instructions and must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Notify your trainer immediately. First aid will be provided. A qualified first aid officer is always on duty on site and can provide first aid unless further medical care is required.
Advise ERGT at enrolment. Some courses require a current medical; reasonable adjustments can be made where possible.
Yes, for all Nationally Recognised Training (NRT). OPITO, AMSA & GWO training is not NRT and does not appear on a USI transcript.
Yes. Tea, coffee and fruit. Lunch are provided for full-day courses.
Yes. All trainees must complete ERGT onboarding before attending training. If you are unable to onboard prior to your training date or have technical difficulties, please contact ERGT.
At least 30 minutes before the course start time.
PPE is required for all courses with practical training and is supplied if you are unable to bring your own.
Water based training requires swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes.
